Naps are all over the place, bedtimes are a constant battle and when your baby finally does drift off, you know it’s not long before they wake up again.
Anxiety, exhaustion and no idea how to fix this never-ending cycle.
During the day, the sleep deprivation welcomes thoughts of failure as a parent and questioning how much you enjoy parenthood.
You’ve tried every possible suggestion online and from friends and nothing works. You just can’t stand listening to your baby ‘cry it out’ and you have now hit a stale mate.
If you want a more gentle approach, getting the results you want without torturing yourself in the process, then we can work together so everyone feels completely comfortable. This approach has been tried and tested with fantastic results.
Through lots of conversations with parents, a big fear parents have, is standing outside their child's room listening to them scream. I work with families to make sure they feel comfortable, which means if leaving the room makes you uncomfortable, then I will tailor-make a plan that allows you to stay in the room with your child, until they fall asleep.
